Excellent service! Immanuel was polite, honest and educated me on considerations related to maintaining my HVAC system. I have the service plan B, which has been a lifesaver in maintaining, and extending the life of an older unit.

Wow! What a fast response and pleasant service rep. Called yesterday to request the county mandated yearly check on my backflow prevention assembly and they showed up the very next day? Service rep notified me that he had to turn the water off for 5 minutes to do the check, did the check and confirmed all was a ok. Great experience! Even the phone conversation to schedule the job was great. Very professional and efficient company with nice people working there.

Technician Viktor analyzed my AC unit and he is going to order some parts. He switched the thermostat to Emergency heater operation and the unit is working without loudness. He promised a callback when the party are in the shop. Well done. Thanks for your service. The unit is under warranty

Daniel Yolder and Michael were very good team. Mostly Daniel who worked diligently hard all day from 8.30am till 6+pm! In order to complete installation of brand new AC system replacement in time. He spent lots of time also to locate the hidden down sprout water pipe among shrubs!. I recommend Daniel Yolder for Custom Air. Thanks for great services. Kim Begin

First time using Custom Air. I was really comfortable with Chad the repairman. He was professional but casual. Diagnosed the problem in seconds and fixes were done on the spot. He was also available to come out same day which wa huge as we were traveling the next day. If you need service, give them a call and ask to have Chad do the service.

Brandon came out today to perform the semiannual service on our HVAC system. He was very thorough and extremely polite. I've used Custom Air going on 9 years and have always been very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have a yearly maintenance contract with Custom Air & Plumbing as they were my company of choice when replacing my HVAC system. Every six months they show up for a prescheduled maintenance check and cleaning of the entire system. I have been very satisfied with the work and people that have come over the last several years. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Dan was just out yesterday, and he was an exceptional individual, and Custom Air should be very proud to have him as one of their technicians.
